A walk
along the Thames River, in London, Ontario, Canada
The path in. It snowed the night before, we only got 25cm (11in)
The river bends
Mallards
A beautiful afternoon, sunny and warm, minus 9 celcius (15F)
I really like the blue shadows of winter

bluetiful shadows Karen!
It's been a long time since I've seen this amount of snow. The path with powder snow in the sunshine is calling for me to come.
Ah, the blue shadows and the poor mallards hiding their heads.
It could have been here or rather in my home town with the river running by. I'm getting home sick. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful shots.
So beautiful! Sunshine is such a blessing in February. I like the blue shadows, also, and I doubt the goose had cold feet!
Beautiful winter shots. I know the mallards and Geese will be happy when spring comes.
Wonderful photos, I lived in London for a while, it's nice to see it again,,,M
Just gorgeous shots Karen - would love to be there (but SO glad I'm not a mallard!!) Thanks for stopping by my blog and pleased the shots of Goolwa brought back some happy memories for you.
If the sun is out and the wind is calm a walk in the snow can be wonderful. Still, I'm just as glad it was you braving the chill to bring us these wonderful images.
Great view of the Thames!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
Beautiful sights, but glad we do not get weather like that in Texas. Poor lttle mallards.
What a lovely series of photos! It does look very cold, though! No snow here (WA State), but plenty in the mountains. Stay warm! xx
